You will serve as a MATERIALS ENGINEER in the MRO ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of FLTREADCEN EAST.

You will provide technical resources and expertise for the application of materials science and engineering principles for full life cycle support of naval aviation aircraft and related equipment.
You will be responsible for establishing and executing policy and procedures governing the selection and use of materials and industrial processes for aerospace applications.
You will be responsible for the assigned area of expertise for failure and material analysis involving materials and processes used in aerospace applications.
You will be responsible for testing, monitoring, and solving complex technical problems encountered in Fleet activities and FRC Production.
