- This position is in the Security Division of the Command Operations Department at Fleet Readiness Center Southeast (FRCSE) in Jacksonville, Florida.
- The primary purpose of this position is to install, overhaul and repair all types of locks and security systems; makes keys and changes combination and cipher locks.
- The incumbent serves as the expert in locking device capabilities and functions.
